Start new Metastorm BPM folder from files stored in the file system

In a past client project we had the requirement to start new folder in Metastorm BPM for each new text file uploaded into a folder located in the file system.

In the following post you will learn how to build a simple solution to access a file location and create a new Metastorm BPM folder for every text file dropped into this folder. The content of the text file will be imported into a memo field for the users of the Metastorm BPM process to read. The solution is based of a scheduler and a receiver process.
